If you require Help to find your way around the MAXX website click on the question mark icon at the top of the page beside MAXX the Pukeko.
Please note not all pages have Help – if you cannot find the information you require, send us an email or phone MAXX on (09) 366 6400.
You can change the text size!
If you find the text size is too large or small you can change it to suit your individual needs by selecting one of the symbols at the top right hand side of the Homepage beside MAXX the Pukeko.
Low graphic option
To change the site into a low graphics site, select the symbol at the top right hand side of the Homepage beside MAXX the Pukeko. This can be helpful for visually impaired users and also to improve speed on dial up computers.
Quick Search Journey Planner
The Quick Search Journey Planner has less criteria to search on and allows simple trips to be planned without needing to visit the Journey Planner section.
Service alerts will be posted on this site when information is received. The alerts are not necessarily a complete list of issues, rather those we have been informed of. Alert messages are correct as at the time indicated. If you are unsure or would like more information, please phone MAXX on (09) 366 6400.
Logging in to the MAXX website
Once registered for the MAXX website, you can log in from the home page. This will enable you to make postings on the Forum, up date your details to receive emails and use your mobile phone. Former users of these functions on the Rideline website may need to re-register. Details are available from the site help for the My MAXX section.
